Our People

Meet some of the key team players at Traders Voice.

Graham Robertson, President

As the owner of a successful bus and coach business in the Toowoomba district for more than 30 years, Graham is an established businessman in his own right. He has provenance too. Both Graham and his wife Helen have been involved as stall holders from the very beginning, alongside Eugene Pakallus..

He is extremely proud of the great strides made by QUFTA.
“However, it’s time for a more progressive, forward-looking association to help the membership meet new challenges,” says Graham. “I am very excited to continue my involvement with Traders Voice as it enters these new and exciting territories.”

Kahlia Robertson, Secretary

Dealing directly with members every day, Kahlia works at the coal face. She is responsible for all matters financial, including the important areas of compliance and auditing.

Kahlia has joined us from an accounting office, placing her in a valuable position. Her experience working with Mum and Dad each weekend and running her own stall for so many years has created a unique individual. Kahlia brings youth, enthusiasm and vitality to Traders Voice.

Helen Robertson, Treasurer

As a stall holder for more than 20 years, Helen is no stranger to the highs and lows affecting small business owners every day. She constantly handles an endless barrage of problems and pressures, which takes precious time away from what she does best. But, along with her commitments at work, and at home, raising six children, Helen has found time to lend her talents to QUFTA.

Over the years, great inroads have been made - and she’s proud of these achievements. Now Helen is very excited about Traders Voice taking up the reigns, and forging new and progressive member benefits.
“We are pleased Helen has agreed to continue her involvement with us as her personal experience will be an asset to Traders Voice” says acting general manager Trevor McWhirter.

“A remarkable family, with a collective 50-plus years between them, working hands-on as stall holders. And yet, many of our members could easily boast similar generational involvement. We are a unique band of small business owners – and that makes our industry much the richer!”
